Car Quality:
Poor. The vehicle had a strong, lingering cigarette/marijuana odor consistent with heavy, long-term smoking. The driver’s seat was visibly stained, the exterior was dirty, and there were warning lights on the dashboard. The host mentioned this was “normal” due to him removing the drive assist system, but it was still concerning because you can feel the suspension felt off while driving. Overall, the car appears to need maintenance and a thorough cleaning.

Friendly, but not very familiar with how to manage bookings on the Turo app. I requested a short extension (2–3 hours), and while the host agreed to reduce the cost, they didn’t know how to adjust the rate. I was told to handle it through the app or contact support, which wasn’t practical at the time. As a result, I had to return the car instead of extending.

Brakes were bad. Once informed, the host stated that they were an hour away after the trip started 10 minutes prior. Accommodations were not given.
