Needed a last minute change and they were very accommodating and friendly about it. This was my first time using the app and it was hassle free.

The car smelled absolutely horrible. It reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. When I turned on the air conditioner the smell intensified as below in my face. I reached out to the host to let him know the condition of the car, he replied that was just cleaned, seats shampooed and ozone. I asked if he had any other vehicles we could possibly rent. The option was not at the airport. We were on a business trip and no time to trade. No apology and no compensation was offered.
