I have absolutely nothing bad to say and I am a very picky person when it comes to car rentals. A shuttle was provided for me to take me to the car. The shuttle guy was so nice and patient with helping me
locate the car. There was also a shuttle to take me back to the airport! Ride was smooth and A/C was amazing. If I ever return to CLT again I’ll give these guys all my business! Thank you.
