Headlight was out, bumper kept getting loose and had to be pushed back in, check oil light was on the whole time. Hosts were communicative and accommodating until I brought up the bumper issue and then went silent. Otherwise car wasn’t bad, just wouldn’t get this one again.

Quality of the car is all right. I had the check engine light come on also have the tire pressure light on and also the AC wasn’t working and plus had a headlight out. Also told the host and they just said take it to Firestone. But that’s not my responsibility when I have plans made and a certain time to be there .
For guests, please check all other reviews. We had rented to this same guest several times with no issues. We offered to resolve by getting the vehicle looked at, knew she would be reimbursed if she replaced the headlight. We heard nothing for three days! She took the vehicle and kept it until she was due to return then demanded a credit for her next rental. When she found out through Turo that any reimbursement would need to come from us, she became rude and demanding. Happy to be done.
