We put this little Prius to work and it was perfect for our needs! The tire pressure was low when we got it but we added air and it was fine the rest of our trip! Also had to replace the windshield wipers as storms were bad but we were reimbursed by Pedro and he handled that well. Easy pickup/drop off instructions and clear communications from Pedro were great! We were 3 adults with lots of things but we did a little Tetris and made it work. 10/10 recvomend this car it drove great and had amazing mileage (that’s why we got it) as we drove around a lot (all over Arizona). The car did smell like weed a lot when we first picked it up but got better as time went on. We didn’t mind it too badly but it did smell like weed.

Communication was responsive and the car itself worked well, was clean, and the A/C worked great. The main downside was the pickup process and it was inconvenient than expected. The car was parked in an extra/overflow section of East Economy, pretty far out toward the corner, which required taking a shuttle to reach it. The shuttles also take some time and seemed to run about every 15–20 minutes, so that added extra waiting and made pickup less convenient. A closer parking spot or clearer step-by-step pickup instructions would have improved the experience.

I provided detailed instructions through Turo and sent photos showing exactly where the car was parked. Unfortunately, the regular East Economy area was full, so I had to use the overflow parking area. I appreciate your understanding and feedback.
