The 2020 Kia Optima was in excellent running condition. It was so clean it felt brand new!! The AC worked so well I never even turned it to max. The car has a sport drive option which was nice for certain areas of driving. Used eco drive for the other times. Edwin was an excellent host! Very responsive and great communication overall. Pick up and drop off were very easy with clear instructions. I’ll definitely book this vehicle again if needed. I highly highly recommend both this vehicle and host!!
