Tony was great and easy to work with. Very clear instructions for pick up and drop off.

Pickup/returning was easy and the top down was fun. The issues I had with the car was the smell and brakes. Every time you turned on the A/C the smell of like cat urine leaked from the vents. A/C is crucial in Arizona so having the a/c blowing plus the windows down was a mess. He told me to put the circulation feature plus the top down for it to vent out and that did NOT work. The smell was still present. I had the vehicle for 4 days so I had to get use to the smell. Now the brakes. They were extremely loud and squeaky. It was so embarrassing pulling up to a red light and stop sign with the top down and having the whole street hear how bad the brakes are. I communicated that with him and he said the brakes were just replaced and should be fine after 100 miles. That definitely was not the case. The car is older so it does have a huge crack in the windshield, and the right door handle inside paint chipping. I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle unless he gets the smell and brakes fixed asap.
