pickup was so easy - great directions (and a pin drop) to find the car in the parking lot at the airport. the key was in the a lockbox and easy to open. the car was very clean! great experience!

My car was not ready when
arrived, I arrived 15 minutes early before my scheduled appointment . The owner had take car to wash before ; I could start my rental. The car smell like smoke and the owner apologize that previous had smoked in the car and the car was due back last night. When I arrived the previous renter had just return the car the one; I had just rented that day.
We sincerely apologize for your experience. We were trying not to have to cancel your trip as the previous customer only returned your vehicle 15 minutes before your trip was scheduled. The vehicle was due back the day before your trip started. We took the vehicle to the car wash and cleaned it. We were trying to keep from inconveniencing you and having to cancel your trip totally through to Turo. Next time we will be sure to cancel the trip for the customer and let Turo reschedule
