This was a great TURO reservation from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and the host made the process easy. The key handoff was quick, communication was clear, and the overall experience was hassle-free.
The only issue we encountered was a screw or nail in one of the tires, which can happen while driving in Arizona. It was handled promptly, and the situation was resolved without any major problems.
I would definitely rent from this host again.
The only suggestion I would offer is to document or record any important conversations with third-party service providers if an issue arises. Having an accurate record of what was discussed can help avoid misunderstandings and ensure everyone is working from the same information.
