The host Brian was very responsive whenever I had questions, and took great pride in keeping the car clean and well maintained. I picked it up and it had 51,200 miles on it but the car was very solid (no rattles or issues). A link will be sent to you the day of the trip so you get added as a guest to the Tesla app (which you will need to download beforehand) and then use the app for access to the car. There is also a Tesla card you can use that is inside the car, but I never used it.
Great experience and I will not hesitate to rent this vehicle from Brian again!
