Landed at Terminal 2 and pick up was at Terminal 1, which is kind of a walk and a tram ride away, but I blame the airport. Actual pick up was easy, the vehicle drove great, and communication was spot on! Will ride again on our next visit!

parking garage exit is extremely difficult if you dont have a ticket. which isn't privided
Hi Jordan, I left clear instructions in my pre-trip message on how to pick up the car and exit the parking ramp. Next time, please ensure you read those in full prior to pick-up. Thank you!
