I shared my concerns with the owner regarding the condition and safety of this vehicle at the beginning of the trip, during the trip, and again upon returning the vehicle. I was informed that someone would follow up with me, as I expressed concerns not only about receiving a refund, but more importantly about the safety of the vehicle being rented to customers.
As of today, I have not received any communication or resolution regarding this matter. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund due to the unsafe condition of the vehicle.
The vehicle had over 160,000 miles on it and presented several serious safety concerns during my rental experience. The car shut off twice while idling, made a loud humming noise throughout operation, and began shaking and rattling excessively when driving above 50 miles per hour.
In my opinion, this vehicle is not safe to be rented to the public, and I am deeply disappointed that these concerns have not been addressed with urgency.
There were 3 trips after this guest and none of the guest experience the concern ., please stop scamming host trying to get a refund by saying false information, if the car is deemed unsafe it wouldn't be allow to be on the turo platform and pass inspections

The car needs and oil change and headlights need cleaning. It was hard to see at night with the headlights dirty.
During rainly days there are road debris stuck on the headlight
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
