Host communicated really well. Car was clean and had a cover for the trunk space to hide belongings.

Pickup and drop off was easy and fine. Close to the end of my trip there was an issue with the car and immediately informed the host. They were responsive in this sense in trying to mend the mechanical issue (the horn wasn’t working and I found out when I almost was hit by another driver), but when it came to discuss a partial refund I was blatantly ignored all 3 times. In all other circumstances, I would have recommended this host and the car. I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt before writing my review, but it has been 9 days since the end of my trip, and still I am left on read. After asking for a 5 star review, it was disappointing to be left on read simply for a discussion to be had.
