Disappointed is all I can say this time around. Never renting through this app again, no one cares if you get screwed. I got the car with hardly any gas, I had to fill the tank before I even used it. No one cared or compensated me, I had proof with a picture and that wasn’t good enough for Turo I guess. The car also had a potent smell of weed which was frustrating with a child in the car, i understand that happens sometimes and people smoke even when asked not too. I was more upset with the gas.
To rent for another night was 135$ and no one could work with me.. I had no choice but to rent it again and I didn’t want too. I still returned it with a full tank though, I should had returned it with the same amount that I was left with but I’m a good person!
