John was a great host responded promptly to any questions I had. The car was very clean and fun to drive. It was nice to have a smaller car for parking in the casino drives and great gas mileage. Definitely plan on renting again from John.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback. I do call out the truck latch issue in the check in instructions and offer a pretty simple solution to open from inside the car.
