The owner of the rental needs to be more understanding of the things that need to be completed before a individual picks up a rental. There was poor quality of the car which gives an overall poor performance of the car.

Bad Experience
1. Less than 12 hours before my reservation, I was notified that the car I had booked was no longer available. I had reserved a 2025 model, but the vehicle I received was a 2017 model instead. Even worse, I was charged an additional $52 for the car change. I had to call Turo to get that extra charge refunded.
2. After receiving the 2017 car, I noticed that one of the tires had low air pressure. I reported this issue to the host, but I was told it should be fine. However, the problem continued. I had to stop at gas stations every 30 minutes to refill the tire with air. Eventually, a tire shop determined that the issue was due to wear and tear of the inner valve. I spent over an hour getting the tire repaired. Because of this delay, my travel plans were disrupted and I had to book an additional hotel at my destination.
The host promised compensation for the time lost, but as of now, no compensation has been provided.
Throughout the trip, the tire issue caused significant stress and wasted a large amount of my time. Do not book with this host under any circumstances.

Any incorrect charge related to the vehicle change was refunded through Turo. We appreciate the feedback and are using it to improve communication and preventative maintenance going forward.
