Got this car while my car was in the shop getting fixed. When I needed more time the Host granted it with no problem. Host was get and car was very reliable. Will rent again.

Communication was clear and effective. The car is good and clean. Definitely recommend (my Lyft driver knew exactly where the spot to get the car was at, but with host’s instructions we would have been able to find it easily!)

Vehicle was a last-minute substitute because host claimed original car I booked needed repairs. This car was very old and in poor condition: temporary tags, registration indicated only put on road the day before. Tire Pressure Monitoring System warning light came on within a minute of me pulling out of the parking lot. Host claimed the tires just needed air. Thankfully Turo was able to arrange for a refund.

When an unexpected maintenance issue arises, guest safety is our priority, which is why an alternate vehicle was offered. The TPMS warning was related to tire pressure, not a safety issue, and we immediately involved Turo Support to ensure the situation was handled appropriately. We appreciate Turo’s assistance in resolving this and are always working to improve our guest experience.
