Pick up and drop off was very easy the host was very accommodating everything went well pretty good car I'll rent from them again

The car was making noises when I drove off from the pickup point and I didn't think too much of it. I hit the Stevenson Expressway and I hit about 60 mph and it started rattling very loudly. I got off the Expressway and phoned the owner of the car, Luis. I told him about noises that I was hearing and he told me that it's a small car and has been maintained by his mechanic. I got back on the Expressway and it still was making that rattling sound, as if the axle was about to fall off. I drove the vehicle to where I was staying. I took Luis' word that the car was safe. Also, the brakes squeak.
I talked to my daughter today and she told me turn the car in because I had an appointment out of town and she didn't think the car was safe, based on what I told her. So at 8:47am on Friday, August 14th, which is today, I called Turo to tell them about the problem. Long story short, a tow truck finally picked the Spark up and Turo charged me for 2 days because the towing company came between 1:30 pm and 2:00pm, so I got charged for 2 days when I only drove the car for 1 day!
I am not happy with the lack of service and unfair treatment that I received!
I will never use Turo ever Again!
