I value the convenience of Turo, but Heather delivered something far beyond convenience.
From the initial booking through vehicle return, Heather was attentive, responsive, flexible, and consistently proactive. In a marketplace where service can often feel transactional, she stands apart. Every interaction reflected professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making the rental seamless. The vehicle was exactly as represented, communication was effortless, and Heather consistently went the extra mile.
Five stars hardly seem adequate. Hosts like Heather set the standard for what this platform can be, and frankly, Turo itself could learn a great deal from her approach to customer service.
