He was such a great help. I had some troubles when we picked up the car. I'm downloading the Tesla app and he was just a gracious host. He was very patient, very kind and very knowledgeable. I'm not very tech-savvy so I give him nothing but 5 stars. He's an awesome host, and I would encourage anybody looking to rent a car to rent for him.
