We rented the Elantra for a few days, the same day the brakes were warped, the rim was bent and the ac was making noise and I told him about the issues the next day and he instantly jumped on it to correct the issue and was very polite, refunded our money and apologized for being an inconvenience which it wasn't an inconvenience but hats off to this guy for amazing customer service and caring about people's money and time. Thank you.
