Guidelines
We're excited to provide you with the opportunity to experience driving a Tesla during your rental period. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and future renters, we kindly ask that you follow these charging instructions: *Return Charge Level: Please return the Tesla with a battery charge level of at least 80%. However, please disregard this requirement if you have pre-paid for charging as part of your rental package. In any case, please ensure that the vehicle has a minimum charge level of 10% upon return. This helps us maintain the vehicle's availability and ensures that it's ready for the next renter. *Documentation: Before returning the car, please take a photo of the battery charge level as evidence. This step can help prevent any misunderstandings regarding the charge level upon return. *Charging & Toll Fee My vehicle is linked to my account for charging purposes. To charge, simply locate a Tesla Supercharger, connect the car, and the charging fees will be automatically billed to my account. Subsequently, I will forward the charging invoice along with any toll expenses, which are covered by a Toll Pass. *Additional Milage Please be aware that the base mileage included in your package is set at 200 miles per day. If you exceed this limit, an additional fee of 40 cents per mile will apply. If you anticipate a longer trip that necessitates driving more miles, we recommend selecting the Unlimited Mileage add-on for a worry-free experience. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these charging guidelines. By doing so, you contribute to a positive rental experience for all our customers.
