Unexpected issues can happen during any rental, like hitting a pothole or debris. We thoroughly inspect and maintain our vehicles and require pre-trip photos, which in this case showed no tire warnings and nearly new tires. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad you had a great overall experience!
