The car was nice and clean like usual and the host is always great

The car wasn’t cleaned when I picked it up, also on top of that she waited til the day of to tell me she didn’t have the keys for the vehicle. I didn’t get refunded for the whole day I missed on the vehicle neither. Then when I dropped the car off she called Turo and told them I never dropped the car off and she never went outside and looked. Overall I was stressed because that one day delay set me back so bad and there were no other vehicles available.
