Seats with stains, otherwise good service aside from the short notice swap.
Customer complaining for little thing like more of the guest use to do but they do not see the positive thing and worst this customer drop the vehicle complete broken the rear bumper crack and scratches different parts of the vehicle . the good thing turo handle this matter and turo cover the repair what this person cause and possible banned from turo platform is not a good customer this type of people just coming t our platform to destroy and leave a bad image and cause hustle to bussness

great hostess , never had a problem car was great, they would always respond without a problem, this was my first time renting with turo and it was amazing

My host was great and the car rode really good. My only complaint is the seats need some cleaning. I am owner of a car with cream interior so I know the struggles of keeping those seats cleaned but maybe checking behind passengers and charging them a cleaning fee if they get stains on the seats because it’s the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars! Overall the experience was great!
You been charge for cleaning because for all the pet hair that is been left inside after the vehicle .
