The car was nice unfortunately it has multiple lights on . The tire air pressure gage light was on from the moment I pick the car up .

Awful customers service. If you book to pick up at the airport, you'll be as disappointed as I was. It was not parked at the airport but an off-site parking lot you have to take a light rail to get to. It legitimately took me over 30 minutes to walk to the light rail, wait for it, and finally get to the car. Owner is 100% apologetic and blamed me for not checking my messages, because if I had they would have parked it at the airport where I wanted? which is INSANE considering I booked a vehicle to be at the airport. There's a delivery fee, but don't be fooled because the owner will want to charge extra for the car to be left at the airport. Again: Even if you specify pick up and delivery at the airport, they will not honor that agreement. I missed an important appointment because instead of having a car ready when I arrive, I had to make this very long detour to get to it. The owner tried to send me a video link with instructions on how to get to the light rail, but the link didn't work and instead of sending screenshots or some sort of map they told me I should just look it up myself. I asked someone else and it took two seconds for them to point me in the right direction. Car was fine except the back center seat has some sort of gross looking stain or something that I didn't get close enough to touch. Also, if you'll be driving in Seattle the mileage is closer to 17mpg.
