The car pick up and drop off was easy. Naser always responded when I messaged. Good budget option for our time in Portland—especially with the great gas mileage of the hybrid.

it was a great car, amazing on gas, and smooth on the road. the only issue was the key fob battery was dead so I had to pop out part of the handle(as instructed) and manually lock and unlock the car. other than that a great experience so it was worth it!
