Well, to start this review, I don’t think I have enough characters to express how disappointed we were with the rental. first she was 42 minutes late dropping the vehicle off at the airport which everybody knows you have a timeframe for meetings or trips or whatever you’re doing not 42 minutes to wait after you get to the airport secondly, she asked For a picture of Stacie‘s ID which, according to policy of Turo, you do not take pictures of IDs when you pick up the car off secondly, you have our insurance and you charge us a $200 deposit for some unknown reason but assuredly we have reported all PROBLEMS TO TURO this has never happened. being late on pick up, asking for a picture of your ID, and also charging a $200 deposit.
