I would not recommend renting from this company based on my experience. I reserved a vehicle with unlimited mileage, but after returning it, my reservation was changed to a limited-mileage plan, resulting in additional mileage charges that were not part of my original booking.
In addition, I was accused of smoking in the vehicle, despite not having done so. I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review their rental agreement, keep copies or screenshots of their reservation details, and document the condition of the vehicle before and after the rental.
Overall, I found the billing practices concerning and was disappointed with the customer service. Due to these issues and the unexpected fees, I cannot recommend this company.
