Car was delivered with just over half a tank of gas. There was some issue with the dash where it would sound an alarm and say "travel assist not available.) Sometimes it would be beeping back to back about 10+ times in a minute. It did this whether I had LCC or ACC on or off, and seemed to happen regardless of if I was on an interstate, country road, or in a parking lot. It was so bad I wish I could have returned the car, but my schedule was too busy so I had to put up with it. The only reason I'm not rating it lower is the car didn't brake down and I had no other issues.

Hey Jacob I wanted to let you know everything you mentioned stopped when I refueled the car. The problem was that you never put the gas cap back on. If you don't put the fuel cap back on it can cause lights on the dash to come on.
Ralph’s Arteon was fantastic (again!), and pickup and drop-off could not have been easier. The car was in tip-top condition. I genuinely do not think enough people realize what an exceptional highway cruiser the Arteon is. It is spacious, comfortable, smooth, and just about perfect for a road trip. I cannot recommend the car or Ralph highly enough. An easy five-star experience from beginning to end.

First time renting and the experience with these guys was great. Very friendly and accessible and the car is in great condition and rides nice. They were very accommodating- highly recommend! FYI you’ll need to put in premium gas.
