Worst rental experience in my entire life they provided a vehicle that had mechanical issues! I left work early to bring the vehicle back to be serviced they told me they would address all the safety concerns and they told it would take 2 hrs to complete. I paid for a uber to get home then they dropped the vehicle off at 7pm I dropped the vehicle off around 2pm. The next day the vehicle died on me completely thankfully I was able to safely park the vehicle in a safe area. I still never use this company or recommend! They are well aware of the poor conditions they vehicles are in and they still rent them out.

Car had the check engine light on and is pretty old so some things don’t work like the defroster and heat and AC temperatures don’t work properly. I was told they’d provide a replacement and never got back to me. I had the car for 3 weeks and just prayed it didn’t give out or cause any issues.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
