Car was clean even though I had to wait for the host to arrive with the key. Ben was polite and appreciated me waiting for him to come to the car. He cleaned up a stain on the seat that was left by a previous renter. He gave me an extra hour to return for the inconvenience!
I enjoyed my trip and will book again if need be.

Ben has been an awesome host and the best I’ve ever dealt with in my 40 years of living would recommend him to anyone 🫶🏾😎

The car is a brand new car so it was excellent. The issues I had was I got there a lil early and I waited for him for another hour after my scheduled time, which he said he had to pick up the key up from the last client which was understandable but the location is terrible I wouldn’t recommend sitting out there too long hint KEEP YOUR DOORS LOCKED Baltimore is crazy lord knows what could happen by sitting there too long lol. I seen kids running up n down the st brandishing guns like there toys. Another issue was I had got the car a mess and dirty

Ben was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was kind, patient, and very reasonable throughout the entire rental process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how responsive and understanding he was. If I ever need another rental, I will definitely rent from him again without hesitation. Thank you, Ben, for such a great experience!
