The car is a brand new car so it was excellent. The issues I had was I got there a lil early and I waited for him for another hour after my scheduled time, which he said he had to pick up the key up from the last client which was understandable but the location is terrible I wouldn’t recommend sitting out there too long hint KEEP YOUR DOORS LOCKED Baltimore is crazy lord knows what could happen by sitting there too long lol. I seen kids running up n down the st brandishing guns like there toys. Another issue was I had got the car a mess and dirty

Ben was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was kind, patient, and very reasonable throughout the entire rental process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how responsive and understanding he was. If I ever need another rental, I will definitely rent from him again without hesitation. This review is inaccurate. This was a brand-new vehicle, and the guest was the first renter on Turo. About 12 hours after pickup, at **12:05 a.m.**, she called because she couldn't find the registration. I answered immediately and told her it was in the glove compartment. When the car was returned, I found the registration under the passenger seat. I always provide clean, well-prepared vehicles and responsive service, and this review does not fairly reflect that.
The car was great! It was easy to navigate and use. Ben had great communication l. I’ll book again.
