Everything was good but the brakes were bad
You never mentioned any issues whatsoever during your rental, which would have allowed us to address them right away. For reference, the brakes were replaced in April and the vehicle was fully inspected immediately after your return, they were found to be in excellent condition. In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns during your rental so we can resolve them promptly and ensure you have a great experience.

Not cleaned smelled smoky. Mess on the floor in the back and seat wasn’t very stains on backseat and passenger chair. Car needs brakes. Car needs Maintenance Care tender LOVE I’m.
I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied with the vehicle’s condition. The car was thoroughly cleaned prior to your pickup and showed no evidence of any smoke smell at that time. For reference, the brakes were replaced in April.
