Car itself was fine, but the experience was uncomfortable. There was an undisclosed device that looked like a smoke detector/camera, and I received an alert that an AirTag was tracking my movements the entire trip—this should be clearly disclosed. I don’t agree with being monitored without notice. Also, pickup/drop-off required meeting in person, which was inconvenient.

It is NOT a camera; claiming so is inaccurate content that misleads other guests. This 2025 vehicle comes with factory telematics and GPS. These standard industry tools are used strictly for asset protection and insurance, not to monitor your personal space. We prioritize security and take your feedback regarding the check-in process into account.
