Great host, understanding when time needed to be added

The car needs a tune up and the breaks aren't good. The car was unclean, and the ports were broken so I couldn't even plug my phone in to charge or anything.
The host was late at drop off. When he got there he needed to fill up the car with oil which required me to wait even longer. He did compensate me an extra hour at drop off but unfortunately for me bad breaks dont do well in the rain so the one day rental was a complete disaster, and a waste of my money. At drop off I once again was waiting to do the hand off. It would be so much more simpler to have a lock box if your never going to be on time. Never again
