Could not get to speak with the host on voice call. Wasted a lot of time on text communications. I was told that my car was not returned when it was actually returned. I had to straighten it out with Turo. Very stressful to do it all from the airport! In the end Turo refused to email me my receipt. I would chose not to work with Turo in the future.
l would like to apologize to you for not having a great experience on Turo. The vehicle was returned on time, gas tank full and in great condition. We’re not sure why Turo wouldn’t send you a receipt. As the host, we don’t have the capability to send receipts, we only provide the vehicle for Turo. We sent you detailed information regarding pickup/retun & all of your questions were answered through Turo’s messaging app which is required by Turo so all communication may be documented. Thanks
