Car worked great but it was locked when I arrived. Thankfully the host came right away so the delay waiting at the car wasn’t too egregious.

Overall, the vehicle was reliable and served its purpose during my trip. However, the cleanliness could have been better upon pickup. I also experienced some concerns with communication and timing. The host was significantly late for the vehicle handoff, and I was waiting in the rain with two children after taking an Uber to the pickup location. Additionally, I received a text message around 3:00 AM the night before my return date asking when I planned to return the vehicle, even though my scheduled return time wasn’t until 5:30 PM the following day. That interaction felt unusual and somewhat unprofessional. Despite these issues, the car itself performed well throughout the rental.

To clear up the timeline for future guests: I arrived approximately at the scheduled time to get the car from the garage. Because it was raining, I took a couple of extra minutes to grab an umbrella so I could help you get into the car without getting wet.
Additionally, the message sent at 3:00 AM was a routine check-in meant to confirm your drop-off logistics well in advance so I could provide smooth return instructions.
