I would actually give 4.5 stars. Interior was clean and smelled great. Car ran well, great gas mileage. Pick up and drop was simple and easy. The half star is for the exterior. The windshield has a crack about 21 inches long right at eye level which was annoying. Needs to get windshield replaced. Exterior was covered in dust and a had couple of bird droppings on the passenger side. Could tell the car had been sitting around and hadn't been washed. I willI rent from them again.
