The car is so nice but the pickup instructions were not clear. Lack of communication required me to walk all over the parking lot looking for the car. They refused to answer my calls for help due to only wanting to message on the application. They were responsive but it caused us some delays in our transit to our destination.

Car was very clean and charged when I arrived! The lot is far from the airport but it’s much cheaper to take the car out from the economy lots so best for budget travelers! The pickup process was very easy especially if you own a Tesla and the whole trip was seamless. Would rent again!
