This trip was one of the best trips I've had since joining Turo. The host was awesome, very patient, supportive and accommodating. Five stars for the car and the host. Both have become part of my favorites. Thank you.

When I got the car, the front windshield was cracked and so was the top glass as well and I wasn’t notified. I would’ve never went to the car. Had I known that the glass was cracked I took videos and pictures. The car was a nice ride. it was my first time renting a Tesla.

Cracked windshield. Dents and scratches around car. Battery did not last as long as it was supposed to. Needed servicing.

The vehicle was advertised to get 263 miles per charge, but I only got around 185 miles on a full battery. I spent more time charging than actually driving, which made me late and forced me to change my travel plans. I also reached out to the host about the issue and was completely ignored with no attempt to help or resolve anything. Very disappointing experience.

The owners did an incredible job! I was involved with an attempted robbery where the vehicle received minor damage.
The owner communicated promptly and supportedly throughout the entire situation.
Will definitely rent with them again.
