The car was really nice, super clean and fun to drive. There really isn't a reason to drop down the star rating, however, there were a couple things that could have made the trip better. They dropped the car off 12 hours ahead of our scheduled pick up so we had to pay a full day's worth of parking fees to exit the garage. This put a little damper on the start of the trip. If you rent in ATX and are returning the car to the Blue Garage (where you will pick it up) at the AUS airport, make sure you realize that there is not any signal at least on the lowest level of the garage. This was an extremely frustrating reality for us when we tried to return the car through the Turo app. Ultimately the car is great, there is a lot of communication, but you are obviously working with a larger company.
