The host was very responsive and the car was decent. 20 minutes into driving the vehicle I noticed the driver side mirror would not adjust. I notified the host and less than 20 minutes later the mirror flew off while I was on the expressway with my children. The host advised that the only thing he would suggest is me purchasing a universal mirror. This delayed my 8 hour trip due to me having to search for one. No compensation was given for the inconvenience and this made the road trip extremely difficult. I will say he had good communication but I honestly feel like the mirror was already rigged and the blame was put on me unfortunately.
