The car got me from point A to point B, but that’s about all I can say. It had a noticeable smell, and it felt like it had been quickly patched up just enough to stay on the road. It didn’t feel well-maintained, and for $107 a day, I expected much better quality. It served its purpose, but it definitely wasn’t worth the price.
I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. The vehicle was recently serviced, including an oil change, before your trip and had no warning lights present. After your return, we found one tire slightly low on air, corrected it, and it has been holding pressure normally since.
We also inspected and drove the vehicle ourselves and found no issues suggesting it was unsafe or “patched up.” The vehicle has been rented by multiple guests without similar concerns.
