The vehicle and trip itself was excellent. It was a great car to get around in and the pickup/drop-off was simple. Unfortunately, I received an email that I had violated the pet policy by bringing a service animal that accompanied one of my blind relatives into the vehicle. Obviously the host didn’t write the policy and Turo is responsible for rectifying it, but the host did not communicate with me regarding this issue when I reached out to discuss, which would have made a resolution simpler. Overall, not a bad experience renting from this host.

Car was a bit run down. Had to charge it more often. Wasn’t able to charge it upon drop off because hosts card wouldn’t update. Hope i don’t get charged for that. Car did NOT have FSD, Turo told me it did host told me it did not after booking. Host was responsive at pick up and drop off but not during trip.
