This was my first experience with Turo and it definitely will not be my last. Janie was a pleasure to deal with and more or less held my hand through the entire process. I’m not at all technical and needed coaching on more than one occasion. She was great! The car was spotless and in very good condition. Pickup and drop off were seamless. It was an overall great experience. Thanks Janie.
