The CarPlay didn’t work, and I had to put air in the tire when I got it other then that it was an amazing car

I’m sorry for the inconvenience of having to put air in the tire when you picked up the car. I appreciate you taking care of it and bringing it to my attention. I’ll make sure to have the tire pressure checked as soon as possible.
Also, just to clarify regarding the CarPlay, it is a wired CarPlay system, so the phone needs to be connected with a USB cable for it to work. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience!

The car was great, but the host was not accommodating. Due to an emergency, I needed to return it 7 hours early, but the host declined, leaving me responsible for the vehicle even though it was parked in his gated deck. It felt more about money than the circumstances. Don’t expect flexibility with early returns.

For clarification, our vehicle has a 2-day minimum on weekends which I explained and is clearly stated in the listing, The rental payment is processed by TURO, not by us. So this was never about trying to keep additional money. The return was done last minute and late night past our operation hours and we needed to be present for the vehicle check out. We simply needed to make sure return could be properly handled given the timing.
