Directions were kind of easy to follow, but people at the parking lot where the car was located had no idea what I was talking about when I followed directions and told them where I needed to go. So pick up and check out instructions did not match up with the parking lot's sometimes, but other than that everything went super smoothly. Also be aware there is no back up camera!
