The car and ride was solid for the price point. Efficient from a gas perspective.
However the host experience was the worst Ive had thus far. Extremely untimely communication in the beginning then devolving into unprofessional communication. They did not even follow their own instructions and was left stranded for at least 45 minutes in shuttle lot waiting to figure out where the car was. While I understand certain situations, all of this could have been avoided with friendly TIMELY communication. Wouldn’t recommend using this host
Chris, we find your review interesting considering our hundreds of successful trips, 5-star reviews, and large number of returning guests. There was a temporary cell service issue that slowed some responses, which was explained at the time. Your trip also involved confusion on your part due to your already late arrival and difficulty following pickup instructions that other guests complete daily without issue. Thankfully, our long history of satisfied guests speaks for itself.

Car was clean and direction’s were great except for telling me what parking space it was parked in. The parking garage is huge and I license plate number was wrong which made it difficult to find. Luckily I had a super nice shuttle driver that took the time to help me out to finally find the car. Other than that everything was smooth. Drop off was easy.
