The car itself was clean and drove well, which I appreciated. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The left front tire was missing a cover, which took away from the overall presentation especially pulling into a 5-Star Hotel.
I also wish there had been an additional key card provided. Since I was traveling solo for work and wanted to use valet at my hotel but wasn’t able to because I didn’t have a key card. Having a second key card would’ve made things feel more convenient and secure. In other cities, I’ve typically been given both options for situations like this.
Another thing to note — Apple Music and Audible wasn’t connected, and I didn’t feel comfortable logging into my personal account. Having that already set up could’ve made the experience better.
Overall, still a solid experience, just a few small details that would take it to the next level.
