The car worked perfectly for our needs, although we initially reserved a different one, and the host had to switch it. He assured us the price would remain the same, but we ended up paying more for the new car. Aside from that incident, the trip and the car experience were both positive.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. During your initial communication with us, we specifically addressed In the event of a car switch, there may be cleaning issues arising from previous trips or maintenance requirements related to guest safety. To accommodate your situation, we have relocated you to a similar model but a newer year and better features. Sorry again we were not be able to make you 100% satisfied with the switch. Will improve our process in the future.
