For the cheapest Jetta in LA, I can’t complain.
The bad: A disappointment for me was that this car does not have cruise control, which I always use on highway trips. There was also a lot of shine on the interior, which makes everything a little sticky. As you go above 65, there is a slight but noticeable vibration that you can feel in the floor.
The good: The 2.0l 8v is slow, but it will never let you down. 6 speed auto is good. I drove from Malibu to Hearst Castle and back with no issues, and got 38 mpg on trip. The AC works great, but I only tested it and didn’t use it. Very maneuverable as you’d expect. Bluetooth radio with USB for charging. All windows work. Key fob and locks work.
In conclusion, I think this car is perfect for a young driver who wants a reliable car, as long as you’re willing to ignore the little things.

If I can honestly just say I am so grateful for Artur, My husband and I needed the car just for one day because we had an engagement to attend coming in from our Long Beach cruise. We were set to arrive from Long Beach cruise Friday and would fly out of LAX Saturday night. Artur was proactive noticed I asked to pick up from LAX however my ship was in Long Beach. He offered to bring the car to Long Beach and allow me to return to LAX. He did everything on his end to make sure the process was seamless and it charged us not a nickel more for such convenient changes. Forever grateful for his kindness truly made my husband and I trip end on a successful note. I will chose him over and over whenever I travel to Los Angeles
